Dr. Parr is a graduate of the University of Maryland College of Dental Surgery. He served four years as an officer in the United States Public Health Service Corps and seven years as a Senior Attending II with New York’s Health and Hospitals Corporation. He was also an associate professor at New York Medical College. During this time, Dr. Parr performed all disciplines of dentistry and honed his considerable talents as a Cosmetic and Implant specialist. He has written and published several dental-related articles.
Dr. Parr remains at the forefront of his field and demonstrates his commitment to excellence by attending numerous continuing education courses.
